Refund policy
You can return an item if it is faulty or not as ordered. Any Damages, Discrepancies & Returns must be notified to us within 7 days of receiving goods by e-mail to sales@novaoflondon.com, quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product and reason for sending back. Once the return is approved please ensure you return it in its original condition, within 5 days of receiving the authorisation. Once we have received your returned item/s, it will be refunded or credited towards your next order within 10 working days. Returns will remain customer property until received back and signed for. Items must be returned within a returns note enclosed, containing all order details. We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of the goods and will not be responsible for any goods lost/or damaged whilst returns are held by third parties.
If any item is returned for any other reason except for it being faulty or not as ordered a 10% restocking fee will be charged at our discretion. Please note this does not bypass the fact that returns must be approved and we reserve the right to refuse any return if it is not pre approved.
Refunds may only be credited to the same method of payment.
We are unable to offer an exchange for any returns.
