As a wholesale clothing supplier, we understand that timely and reliable delivery is crucial for running a successful business! Whether it's stocking up for a busy season or replenishing inventory, choosing the right delivery option can make all the difference in your sales. In this blog, we’ll walk through the various wholesale delivery options we offer, helping you find the best solution for your needs. From fast shipping to cost-effective choices, we’ve got you covered to ensure your clothing orders arrive quickly and in excellent condition.
How are shipping costs estimated?
The cost of delivery is all dependent on your location and the size of your order! The larger your order, the more expensive shipping will be as it will weigh more and more boxes will be used.
Costs also differ depending on your location, which we will explain below.
Delivering within the UK
UK Mainland
UK Mainland shipments start from £8.00 + VAT per box, however, we also have more specific delivery options available for those who require a more particular delivery, such as before 10:30am.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, and we generally dispatch 99% of our orders on the same day if placed before 1pm!
We also offer free shipping to the UK Mainland on orders over £500!
UK Offshore
If you are still within the UK but based offshore, then prices do increase to start at £18.00.
Delivering outside the UK and internationally
We are proud to say we deliver worldwide! However, prices do differ significantly depending on where this is.
We have different band rates for European countries starting between £40.00 to £65.00. For non-European customers, similar band-rates apply! For US locations, this starts at £90.00, and it is £140.00 for Australia.
These orders are also shipped Monday to Friday and generally dispatched on the same day if placed before 1pm! Delivery time does take longer and is reliant on the courier.
We do ship worldwide, so the best way to find out your delivery rate is to add your order to your bag and make your way to the checkout. For more detailed information, our customer service team will be happy to help at sales@novaoflondon.com.
Please note that we don't collect duties and taxes at the time of ordering, so these will be collected by customs.
Who do you deliver with?
We use DPD for all of our orders and have worked with them for many years. A dispatch email containing your tracking number will be sent when your order is dispatched and if a mobile number is entered on your order you will receive text notifications for delivery from them.
Collecting your order in-store
We also offer the option for customers to pick up their order in-store at either our London or Manchester showrooms free of charge!
At checkout, simply click the 'pickup in store' option. The default option is our Commerical Road London HQ; however, if you want to pick-up from the Manchester showroom, this is possible. Please choose the Commercial Road option but leave a note in your basket that you wish to pick this up from Manchester.
Orders are usually ready in 2-4 days, but this can sometimes be quicker! When an order is packed and ready to be picked-up, we'll mark your order as ready so you know to come and collect.
Combining orders
If you have placed an order that hasn't been dispatched and see something else you want to buy, don't worry! The best solution to this is to place another order with the free-of-charge pick-up option and leave a note explaining that you wish to combine orders and provide the order number.
If you have paid shipping on all your orders, and we combine them, we will refund any excess shipping charges within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. This is automatically done but please contact us if you don’t receive your refund and your orders were combined.
If you want to combine your orders, please place additional orders as soon as possible as the longer the time difference, the less chance we have of being able to do this.
